I joined the Data & Analytics team as a graduate after completing my MSc in Management Science (Operational Research) at London School of Economics.
It is important to me that my work is challenging and more important that I have great colleagues. FTI Consulting provides me with both.
FTI places emphasis on organic growth and hence spend a lot of time and energy in training and developing graduates. To date, I have attained a professional certification in SQL through the firm and am looking at attending a course in Machine Learning next. Since joining the Data & Analytics practice, I have been fortunate to be given the chance to work on a few high profile cases, and have worked frequently with our counterparts in the New York, Chicago and Boston office. The projects that FTI engages in vary from financial and transactional tracing and analysis, regulatory investigation, to rule optimisation and building predictive models. I work with an internationally diverse and competent team who never hesitate to assist me whenever I require support.
Outside of work, FTI organises numerous charity and social events that allows me to give back to the society and interact with colleagues from other parts of the business. I personally feel that FTI Consulting is a great place to jump-start a professional career.
